We recently rented a car from this company. Unfortunately I was charged 322 euro at the office before getting the car to get their own insrance, more than twice as much that we paid for the car rental. Was told that I will get 100 euro back in refund and when I checked we only got 39 euro back without any explanation! I emailed them back waiting for a reply!!!Actually they replied back on whats app that thwy took administrative fees of 61 euro since there was a scratch on one of the mirrors. So what did I pay the 37 euro daily insuranve for? Never had such a bad experience with Car rentals before. This is pure day light robbery. Avoid renting from FELIRENT. Complete disaster
