Outright scam. Do yourself a favour and avoid. Arrived at Milan Malpensa airport, company representative nowhere to be seen (NB they don’t have an actual branch at the airport so you’re reliant on them driving you to their office) and would not pick up the phone. When we finally got through, unfriendly representative told us they cancelled our booking - aka they stole our money and refused to give us our paid for car. Their excuse was that we were too late. However, they had the flight number so would’ve known about the 45 minute delay of our flight that was clearly beyond our control.On the phone they played games throughout, blaming all sorts of absurd reasons for why this is all beyond their control and they can’t just give us our car. Mind boggling that they get away with this shameful scheme.
