I’ve been trying to place an order for the calm and comfort treats since at least December and the website will not let me place an order. When I reached out to customer service asking them what was going and my frustration as my dog really needs these all I get in response each time was they were out of stock and they didn’t know when they’d be back in stock. Most companies that I have used before would be more helpful. I gave up but then just tried to order again and I was able to order them but they still have not shipped. No one has notified me that they are out of stock or anything so they should have shipped by now and I haven’t heard anything. If they are back ordered then I should be notified.I reached out to them again at the beginning of April asking about my order. They said they are still back ordered but they could give me a refund and it would be processed in 48 hrs. I said I wanted that done and it’s been 2 weeks going on three I still don’t have my refund and I’m getting no response from them.
