The worse ever prepaid company. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. my daughters sim card got damaged and requesting a simplex sim change have resulted in endless battles. They got no customer support, no option of new sim. All have to be completed over the stupid App which the validating system is hopeless and your stuck with no usable sim. Regardless of multiple times trying they will not help. This is the worse ever company I have dealt with. I can’t believe this company is still in business. What a joke. Still a week later no sim.
