Best Mobile Provider I've interacted with so far. When i needed help I messaged them on Facebook and they were always nice to talk to and were kind. Prices a lot better. Network has been good 4G has been about as good as any providers I've used (Telstra/Optus). 5G wasn't as good as my last provider Optus but my phone always drains so quickly so I keep it on 4G anyway. I've currently been with them for around 10-11 months. They gave me $20 for unlimited for the first 6 months then I moved to 25GB plan. Around 9 months in they gave me $5 off for 3 months I've never experienced this with any other Telco usually when I hear something about pricing it's about how their raising their prices like when I was with Optus.

Do NOT use!

All well and good, cheap plan while there is no issue. My phone got damaged, it's been a week tying to get my number back from Felix Mobile and just been told it will take another 4 business days. I had to submit ID 3 days, submit ID again 4 days, they came back asking if I want eSIM or physical (bare in mind I started the whole process asking for an eSIM) another 4 days. God knows how many more steps and extentions they will do. Noone in customer service can help, just keep apologising. I am logged out of everything, can't use maps, no bank cards, no access to my bank account, no messages.

It’s cheap for a reason

Please read the bad reviews before you consider switching here. The bad reviews are right. The price is low for a reason. There is absolutely no adequate customer service and technical support you can speak with. If you have issues with your service you are left in the lurch and not assisted. I left after putting up with two days of being unable to make calls after switching to Felix. There’s a reason other providers cost more… their technical support and customer service trumps these guys in spades.

The worse ever prepaid company

The worse ever prepaid company. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM. my daughters sim card got damaged and requesting a simplex sim change have resulted in endless battles. They got no customer support, no option of new sim. All have to be completed over the stupid App which the validating system is hopeless and your stuck with no usable sim. Regardless of multiple times trying they will not help. This is the worse ever company I have dealt with. I can’t believe this company is still in business. What a joke. Still a week later no sim.

Dreadful company to deal with. If you have an hour to webchat and be sent 7 different ways when you need help go for it. I just need an invoice for my bookkeeper and have followed their instructions only to be told I need to fill in chaper and verse on yet another document to cover privacy laws. I just want an invoice. I don't even need the call list.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Felix Mobile – Never Again

In my experience, Felix Mobile has been a complete disaster. I had two dual eSIMs and every time I made a call, my data dropped out like clockwork. Support was even worse. After countless chats, an entire Saturday was ruined by a technician giving me what felt like completely useless advice that only made the problem worse. I ended up swapping eSIMs, dragging in extra devices, and using another internet source just to troubleshoot their mess.I dealt with Bob, Theo, Josh, and finally El—who found the issue after everyone else sent me in circles. After all that, they still wouldn’t credit anything for the time and chaos they put me through.Based on my experience: avoid Felix Mobile at all costs.

Incompetent and completely unreliable customer service

I am extremely disappointed with Félix’s customer service. I have been waiting for my identity verification since Saturday, and it’s now Tuesday with no resolution. I have no access to anything—not my phone number, not internet. I have spoken to over 20 representatives, and every single one claimed they were escalating the issue as a “high priority,” yet here I am, still waiting. The service has been slow, confusing, and utterly incompetent. This experience has caused significant disruption to my daily life, leaving me without communication or internet for days. I would strongly advise against using Félix if you expect even basic, reliable, and professional support.

Misunderstood Rabbit
Stole money from my account after error

Went to sign up, said error. Two days later money was taken out of my account with no warning on a weekend. Tried to call up, no customer service what so ever. Spoke to someone online who wanted me to send through a bunch of paperwork giving all my personal details… I don’t trust robots.. where are the people to speak to? Have to cancel from banks end now and report theft as it said error and no email to tell me what was going on.
