After countless chats, an entire Saturday was ruined by a technician giving me what felt like completely useless advice that only made the problem worse. I ended up swapping eSIMs, dragging in extra devices, and using another internet source just to troubleshoot their mess.I dealt with Bob, Theo, Josh, and finally El—who found the issue after everyone else sent me in circles. After all that, they still wouldn’t credit anything for the time and chaos they put me through.Based on my experience: avoid Felix Mobile at all costs.
