I have no access to anything—not my phone number, not internet. I have spoken to over 20 representatives, and every single one claimed they were escalating the issue as a “high priority,” yet here I am, still waiting. The service has been slow, confusing, and utterly incompetent. This experience has caused significant disruption to my daily life, leaving me without communication or internet for days. I would strongly advise against using Félix if you expect even basic, reliable, and professional support.
