Just switched over to Felix, was quite a stressful experience. No where through the process did they say I would be required to be connected to wifi to complete the switch over.I was left with no data and service in the middle of the night. No way to contact support or even call friends and family. Had to cancel arrangements and as not to worry my partner walked in the middle of the night to get wifi, which then luckily allowed me to access the app and complete the switch over. Quite stressful as a woman who was by herself in the middle of the night no way to contact anyone.
