I bought the $20 roaming 4gb pack for use in Asia. As soon as I switched on roaming the 4gb data was depleted completely within one minute of activation. This is impossible on a phone even if there were any downloads or videos being played. I used their poor app chat to request a resolution and to this day I have failed to receive any assistance from their operators despite advertising that their staff do respond to issues daily from 9am to 6pm including weekends. After 24 hrs I am still waiting on their assistance. I will be taking this issue to telco industry ombudsman if I fail to get a resolution and any proper contact details for help to this by Monday 17 March 2025.
