However, my test kit was set to be sent out as soon as I paid a staggering amount of $229! The representative rushed through that part, which left me feeling disheartened, especially since the ad clearly mentioned a $29 phone consultation and a $99 monthly fee. There was a brief mention of a subscription cost, which was not disclosed in the advertisement, making it quite misleading. As someone on a tight budget due to SSDI, I simply cannot afford that. I inquired about partial payments, but was told that it wasn't possible. My regular doctor accepts partial payments, so this was surprising. I had high hopes for this opportunity, but their chat support was unhelpful; the agent bluntly insisted that the $229 would be charged, claiming I had agreed to it. I'm really worried about them debiting my account and leaving me financially strained for the rest of the month. HELP!!
