I finally feel acknowledged. For eight years, I’ve been expressing concerns about my hormones, but doctors kept insisting my blood work was normal. I often wondered, normal for whom? The medical professional I spoke with was quite knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, so I have no complaints about the consultation itself. I came away with a better understanding of HRT. However, my test kit was set to be sent out as soon as I paid a staggering amount of $229! The representative rushed through that part, which left me feeling disheartened, especially since the ad clearly mentioned a $29 phone consultation and a $99 monthly fee. There was a brief mention of a subscription cost, which was not disclosed in the advertisement, making it quite misleading. As someone on a tight budget due to SSDI, I simply cannot afford that. I inquired about partial payments, but was told that it wasn't possible. My regular doctor accepts partial payments, so this was surprising. I had high hopes for this opportunity, but their chat support was unhelpful; the agent bluntly insisted that the $229 would be charged, claiming I had agreed to it. I'm really worried about them debiting my account and leaving me financially strained for the rest of the month. HELP!!

I don't have insurance but this was perfect because not only did it but accept it but it was under $30 for my first consultation. The doctor was super helpful, and listened. And prescribed me meds based on my symptoms until the labs come back then we can adjust. I'm not missing periods but all my other symptoms point to perimenopose. Since turning 40 I just don't feel like myself and I can't stand going another year without trying to fix it. So here I am. I hope this helps.

The Doctor explained everything perfectly to me, was concise and understanding and got directly to the problem of my post menopausal symptoms and created a game plan.
