I wrote Fender about the very sweet sounding Princeton Recording tube Amplifier I recently acquired, which unfortunately did not have the four button foot switch which came with the amp when it was new. The only place anywhere that I could find that was selling one of these foot switches was a store in Canada, which does not ship to the US where I live. In response to my question about whether Fender had any other ideas where I might find one of these foot switches, customer service representative Kane Kitchen did an extensive search for me, finding a few stores which had sold the switch in the past, but no longer had them and also coming up with that store in Canada as the only place anywhere where one of the switches could now be found. Knowing that Fender was also not aware of any other switch available anywhere, and knowing that the Canadian store only had one, I went to greater lengths to find some way to purchase that one foot switch.
