After 6 years my fender reverb de luxe tone master suddenly broke down. The 2 year warrenty was expired. The store where i bought the amp could not or would not help me.
I contacted the Fender support team. After a evaluation they decided to repair the amp under warrenty. They even paid for the transport. The amp is in full working order again.

I recently purchased an LTX50 amp direct from Fender. I have enkoyed the first few weeks of playing, practicing, rehearsing with this amp as well as the footswitch. The speaker is terrific and gives the low end that most modellers miss.

I had an issue with the amp connecting to my MacBook and opening the Fender Tone app. I contacted customer suppoer and exchanged emails with Kane Kitchen. I got a little anxious and frustrated with the exchange (my fault). In the end, Katie was a fabulous representative of Fender. She made sure I had everything I needed , and we discussed that Fender TOne is not written for laptops only mobile devices.

It is difficult to find people these days who maintian a leel head, are intiotove and mindful of the person they are dealing with. Katie is just that. And more.

I am fortunate to have worked through my issues with her.

People like him are why Fender is my all time favorite instrument and employees to talk with. By far the best experience I’ve had in such a long time with a problem. My first call to Fender, and I was honestly surprised by the time I received from Mark B. My concern was a possible warranty issue, and Mark quickly “got it” based on his personal knowledge of guitar. After other customer service experiences in general, it was uplifting to call Fender and talk to an intelligent guy who clearly wants to help.

Purchased an acoustic guitar online with a hard case.

I ordered an acoustic guitar from an online platform, and it arrived with a hard shell case. The case was locked, but I didn't receive the keys. Thankfully, I managed to unlock it and retrieve the guitar. The support team advised me to reach out to the manufacturer. I contacted a representative who was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue promptly. Outstanding customer service!

Incredible selection in the paranormal series!

I’ve picked up several from the paranormal series and I’m thoroughly impressed. They really nailed it with this line. The latest addition was a model with a unique body style that I absolutely love! I’ve always wanted this type but didn’t connect with the traditional design. This one is perfect for me. What a fantastic concept! Kudos!

Fantastic experience with quick shipping!

I had a fantastic experience. The guitar was shipped incredibly fast and surpassed my expectations. The brand is doing an amazing job. I purchased a one-of-a-kind pink model that ticks all the boxes for me, and I consider myself quite particular. The only downside was that the delivery service left it outside on the steps in the city, but I was fortunate—very fortunate.

Lack of Follow-Up

I received an email from the support team regarding my order delay due to a parts shortage. They assured me my order was prioritized for early next year and upgraded my shipping to overnight for free. However, I responded to their message and haven't received any follow-up yet, which is quite disappointing. This delay was supposed to be for a Christmas gift, and I'm frustrated by the lack of communication.
