The windows were delivered to me, the driver advised me to refuse them, since there was a lot of damage caused by them not being packed properly on the pallet. Many scrapes and marks on the frames, bits of wood broken off, no padding or protection at all. And this is only the damage I see now, they have not yet been unpacked. Fenetre 24 contacted me to say that even if the windows are damaged, you have to accept delivery, they send a repair kit. It should not be the responsibility of the customer to repair this much damage!!A different driver delivered them the second time. He said that the arrangement with Fenetre 24 had always been that after the windows are installed, they arrange for a technician to come to do the repairs. I emailed again, to ask how I arrange for this, but have just been told that this is not correct, that the person who installs the windows has to repair them.I am very very unhappy with this situation. The information I am given is inconsistent, I should not have to pay my installer to repair the windows. I have spent more than 10,000 euros with this company, it should have been a happy day when the windows arrived, but instead it is upsetting and stressful. Still I am being told different things. Can someone from this company please respond and give me the correct information!!
