4 months delay, no clients service , no informations, we had to call in germany to finally speak to someone, the window arrived in a pity state and very very low quality... some have intended claim with police here in france as they were never delivered, this is a german brand so they can do what they want with-out any legal pursuit, THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AVOID IT ABSOLUTELY.

Really helpful during the ordering process and responded quickly to all my questions. Delivery was on time and the windows taken to my doorway by two very helpful and nice chaps. The windows are of excellent quality and fitting them is very easy. They are solid and the neighbours are almost as impressed as I am. The pricing is very good and I am very pleased with Fenetre24 and their communication from start to finish. Brilliant
Everything fantastic from the website where I can choose what we require and the price is displayed accordingly. The delivery was within 4 weeks and came secured on a pallet and off loaded by the drivers pallet truck. The quality is outstanding.Any communication I made by telephone was answered straight away. We are now going to order the next batch for our renovation in Montcuq , France
