Absolutely nothing to complain about.Ordering online was straightforward, payment needed a phone call but was fast and easy to rectify my mistake. Communication was excellent throughout, and even though we're down a lane unsuitable for a big juggernaut, the load was transferred to a smaller lorry for delivery, which arrived as scheduled. The windows are of excellent quality, and even our window fitter was impressed with their quality.
