I ordered a dress back in November, not only did I not receive it ( It’s January), I was supplied with a fraudulent shipping number, after which the customer service ( which took ages) assured me the Passport tracking site just does not work and that my package should arrive within days. After not having received my dress ( waaaaaay after it was supposed to arrive) I contacted the carrier only to find out that the package has never even been shipped. I did not receive a refund at any point.
