I waited 3 months for an order that was supposed to take 2 weeks Ordered 3 things - they did not inform me that 2 of my items were preorder until after I PAID (I checked the item page, usually preorder items will write preorder but it did not state)1 week passed - I realised they weren’t going to ship out my in stock item? I had to inform them to do it.That took a month to reach me even though again. 2 weeks shipping.The preorder items were an ordeal. Took 2 months to reach me only for them to ship the wrong item to me????Then it took another 3+ weeks for them to ship the correct item to me WITH ME constantly following up. 3 months for me to get the item only for the top to be extremely small when I’m already a XS in the other pieces The sizing is inconsistent. An item in XS could be different across styles but there are no individual chartsShame because they make cute clothes but horrendous service and logistics
