I called to cancel my policy. Austin was super rude, asking me questions and when I give him an answer . He tells me I’m answering vague and not giving him direct answers. I only called in to cancel the policy super nice when he answers . And soon as he heard me say I’m okay I’m canceling anyway . He got rude telling me to give better answers as if I’m lying is crazy .
