The device is well made and the follow-up customer support was great. Very responsive and helpful in helping me get it working. It does take a good number of tries to get the set up done properly, but it should be smooth sailing once you learn how to get it going.One of the sleeves it came with did have some flaws which lead to a tear so hoping they may replace it. But I know this happens with other companies, so it's not super out of the ordinary.
