Terrible experience with this company i only hope they can make it right. First i had to wait over 2 months to receive with zero communication. I was at the point where i was asking paypal to refund my money. Next i opened the box and seen it all in pieces with zero instructions or reference to a place to find the instructions. When i finally found the instructional video it did not help one bit. I could not get the sleeve on evenly and had to try many many times and still failed to get it on evenly. It always bubbled and never gripped properly. I ended up ripping all the sleeves except the last one due to terrible instructions!Next i thought maybe if i add a vacum pump to help suck in some of the rubber it would stay on better. But id already been told to install the bulb and now it would not come off. Well in the video it appeared to come off easily so i pulled it off and now when i pump up more then 4 pumps it squeaks and no longer holds pressure. I can’t even use 2 lbs without it sliding off. This company needs to assemble the product and test it for function. It should not be on the customer to assemble it. Everything should work as required right out of the box. I am asking that the company send me a new wrecking ball assembled and in working order to make up for this nightmare of an experience. that is how you can make this right.
I made my order a day or two before you closed your site down, and my delivery came in came shortly after it was supposed to. It shows that even though you were completely swamped and had to work on back orders, you were working on them diligently and in longer hours than usual. I was responded to the same day everytime I sent an email and with in hours of sending it. I know you were being emailed by a lot of customers so to get through all of those that fast was appreciated as well.
I own both the Python Pro clamp and the Wrecking Ball. The Python is a fantastic product, because with a pump handle with a gauge, you can be very precise with the amount of pressure you use. I have a dual-action pump which can also pull a vacuum to make it easier to put on. What I like most about the Python, apart from the ridiculous amount of pressure it can generate, is that the hard chassis makes it possible to do priapumping, i.e. to pump and clamp at the same time, or with quick transitions from one to the other without taking off the clamp etc. It gives me a crazy amount of expansion very quickly and feels safe. As for the Wrecking Ball, I had a devil of a time at first to get it to sit comfortably, because I have a lot of skin on my shaft, and that skin is sensitive. So the pinching made it impossible for me to use. So why then am I leaving a 5/5 star review? Well, because I figured out how to wrap my penis with fabric and a self-adhesive tape, and then to use a "cloth trick" to pull my glans through the WB while I also pull a vacuum in it with the dual action pump. This gives me a completely painless fit, and I can hang a great deal of weight comfortably. The one thing I would wish for is a larger model - something like a Wrecking Ball XL. It's not a humble-brag, it's just that my mid-shaft girth is 5.7" and with the wrapping it becomes a very tight fit. Just 5mm larger inner diameter would help me a lot. I ordered around Halloween last year, and I think it took about 5 weeks in total, so I hope they get the order processing streamlined better in the near future.
I picked up a python as I had heard a lot of great things about it. Everything I had heard was right on the money. It’s super comfortable and easy to use. Patience is required when assembling but once it’s setup up, I can honestly say it’s the best pe tool that I’ve ever tried. Excellent design and worth every penny.
Product is low-key garbage for the price. Assembly is required and the instructional video shows "how" to assemble it but the unit I have seems to want to fall apart when I follow the instructions. It requires pulling a rubber cylinder over a PVC cylinder, under tension, but not TOO far over it or you get uneven pressure distribution, but if you don't go far enough it overlaps, and it has to be perfectly aligned, but even accounting for all of that it still slips off as soon as you let go, so you have to have four hands and some clamps to put it together. I could get better results with a piece of twine, cling-wrap, and some basic slipknots. I'm not sure how to even improve on it. Maybe make the air port smaller or somehow make silicone/rubber and PVC tackier so it doesn't slip. Slippage after assembly is the most frustrating part.
