This is from the UK as there doesn't appear to be a Fenty beauty UK option.I've had a package left outside (very uncommon in the UK) and I live on a terrace street so it's practically on the pavement. The package was gone when I got home and I've reported it to both DPD and Fenty and I'm being passed between the two with no resolution and very little communication.I attached the POD which was a photo of it being left unattended in plain view to the original request which should have been the end of it. It's been nearly two weeks now. This is really bad customer service.
