Cancellations aren't allowed on orders but she gave me 200 USD worth of store credit which was the cost of my initial order. I don't think any other company would do this. Thank you so much Melanie! The products I ordered didn’t arrive because of the incomplete delivery address they instructed to the delivery company, and the product was returned to the company in the end because they didn’t sort this out quickly. I have received a refund but the price of the product has changed and they didn’t give me any compensation for it.
This is from the UK as there doesn't appear to be a Fenty beauty UK option.I've had a package left outside (very uncommon in the UK) and I live on a terrace street so it's practically on the pavement. The package was gone when I got home and I've reported it to both DPD and Fenty and I'm being passed between the two with no resolution and very little communication.I attached the POD which was a photo of it being left unattended in plain view to the original request which should have been the end of it. It's been nearly two weeks now. This is really bad customer service.
I honestly wish I read the reviews before purchasing from their website. The customer service is absolutely awful. Their website processed an order without my authorisation (through the SHOP platform)I went back to check the basket and it did it again - so two orders within the space of 1 minute. They refused to cancel it claiming it was being processed…. At 22:45 at night!Their phone number doesn’t work. Their chat is full of bots and useless individuals who have a scriptHonestly the worst service ever! And after all that - the so called next day dispatch hasn’t even happened and the tracking is showing still as ordered. Absolute joke!
Here is an example of the latest letter I have written to AI Fenty beauty customer services. I have written over 10 letters; they have not delivered my order, did not provide an order confirmation, but have taken the money from my bank. They will not refund me, and round in circles we go! so I now have to raise a formal dispute thru my bank and report them to the ombudsman . I will not attempt to shopOn this site again. Dear Dri,I am writing regarding my missing order and the £59 payment made on 16 September 2025. I am surprised that you continue to insist this payment was cancelled. I have provided documented evidence from my bank confirming that the amount of £59 was successfully deducted from my account.After speaking with my bank this morning, they have also provided me with the Authorisation Number: 361163 for this transaction. Given this confirmation, it is unacceptable to receive further communication from you stating that the payment was cancelled.Please arrange for an immediate refund of the £59 you owe me. If I do not receive confirmation of this refund promptly, I will have no choice but to initiate a formal dispute process with my bank.Yours sincerely,Sharla Franklin
What an absolutely disgusting website. I received 3 dishtowel looking tops. Ordered 3 completely different ones with flowers and they are all very necks with crap material which don't even resemble anything at all from the website. Absolutely disgusting! Just emailed them. Let's see if I hear back!
Signed up for text/email to get a discount and when I copy/paste the code to apply it to my order the next thing that happens I get an order confirmation at full price. I didn't get a chance to review my order at all. Customer service basically said awww better luck next time, check your order more carefully. "Good vibes". WOW. Believe the bad reviews! It's too late for me. Hopefully my order arrives ok so I never have to deal with this company again.
Excited to purchase the Fenty Shampoo and Conditioner....The courier service was exceptional.The Sephora UK packaging was fabulous - I loved the attention to detail - the black and white inner sleeved of the packaging and the black and white tissue paper - thoughtful and inspiring.The shampoo and conditioner smelt delightful....Adding a small amount of mouse to the finished conditioned wet hair - I waited with anticipation to see if my voluminous hair would spiral without a diffuser - exceptional result.I would recommend Fenty Beauty without exception.Congratulations Fenty Beauty Team on a product that works and gives fabulous results.Wishing all at the Fenty Beauty Team all the best.Thank you Rhianna from CescaLovesJazz!
