I honestly wish I read the reviews before purchasing from their website. The customer service is absolutely awful. Their website processed an order without my authorisation (through the SHOP platform)I went back to check the basket and it did it again - so two orders within the space of 1 minute. They refused to cancel it claiming it was being processed…. At 22:45 at night!Their phone number doesn’t work. Their chat is full of bots and useless individuals who have a scriptHonestly the worst service ever! And after all that - the so called next day dispatch hasn’t even happened and the tracking is showing still as ordered. Absolute joke!
