First time Fenty shopper and my experience so far is enough to make me never buy from them again. I orderEd the Mattemoiselle lipstick in shade Griselda and instead I received Two Lil Stunnas lip color duo in Unmatched and Underrated. Neither are a color close to what I ordered or would even wear. Really disappointed because I needed this for a wedding this Friday.*UPDATE*Customer service ending up replying immediately and was very nice and fast to turn the situation around. They are kind enough to overnight me the correct item I ordered. Fingers crossed it is the correct one when it arrives!*FINAL UPDATE*The correct product arrived the day after speaking to the customer service. Tested the product for a short time and seems pretty long lasting so far. I am very excited to wear it tomorrow for the wedding I’m in. I’ve updated to four stars because I ending up being very impressed by customer service. The phone call took all of 8 minutes and problem was solved promptly. Still left off one star just for the added hassle, but at least the situation was handled beautifully!
