I purchased two lipsticks that were supposed to change colour based on pH. Unfortunately, they turned out to be nothing more than a colourless lip balm. I attempted to return them, but once I requested a phone number needed for customs, communication stopped completely. It seems that several companies sell similar products from China while pretending to be local businesses. Overall, I'm not satisfied and feel like I wasted my money.
