I was hooked by a sponsored ad on Facebook and caught up in the hype the more you buy the cheaper they are , then delivery charges etc. I only wanted 2 but the ad took me back to pay again wasn't sure it had gone through but found out I had ordered 4. it was an expensive order and straight way contacted customer service to cancel . told it was too late order been processed but as a gesture of goodwill they would reduce the second order so in all it cost me nearly 40 pounds for 4 of these. After buying I found them on eBay and amazon a fraction of the price I paid. ive used one myself , very strong perfume on it and given 2 as gifts. after applying lips feel nice initially but then start to dry out. on me the colour is a dark plum but my friend go a nice red . would not bu again without doing research first
This lipstick is amazing I’ve used it for a few days now and the colour is gorgeous and my lips are in fab condition- I do suffer with cracked dry lips so that was the reason I bought it and it feels fab on
Lipstick feels lovely in a beautiful holder, the stick looks clear with little flakes inside, once on the lips the magic happens, the ph changes the colour to suit you and it lasts
So called 'contact telephone number' is bogus. This ghastly company uses it to make the potential customer feel confident that if there is a problem she can speak to a person who can actually provide customer service. There are other claims: UK based, etc. to mislead UK customers. To purchase from such a company would be a big mistake. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered after seeing lots of posts and great reviews on Facebook, ordering was easy and straightforward. My lipstick arrived just over a week later and I was excited to see the colour my ph determined would suit me. Well, I applied to my lips and was shocked to find they’d turned a shade I’d never worn before in my life and I was initially disappointed. However, I posted a photo on my timeline and my friends were telling me it really suited me! I’ve worn it everyday since and I now love it! My lips are soft & a lovely shade of pink, giving me a youthful look, I’ve even started to buy clothing to compliment the colour! I’d recommend you try it!
I was charged over £30 for buy 2 lipsticks get 2 free. Amazon charge half the price for the same offer, my fault I should have looked but did it via Facebook (more fool me) in any case I wasn't impressed with this product. Colour not natural and fades in patches. Would not buy again for any price
I love the lipstick, it's so smooth and moisturising, not sticky at all. The colour is subtle and matches my skin tone. The only issue I have is that the lipstick broke off after about 3 or 4 uses.
I purchased two lipsticks that were supposed to change colour based on pH. Unfortunately, they turned out to be nothing more than a colourless lip balm. I attempted to return them, but once I requested a phone number needed for customs, communication stopped completely. It seems that several companies sell similar products from China while pretending to be local businesses. Overall, I'm not satisfied and feel like I wasted my money.
Caution - steer clear. This service ships from overseas. I paid extra for expedited delivery, yet it still took 14 days. The wrong items were sent, and I was informed of a restocking fee in addition to the cost of returning the items. Now I have to either keep what I received or incur further expenses.
