We visited Fenwick Kingston today to buy a Matcha Jellycat for our teenager. There was a queue before opening and the manager of the store was impeccable. The event was run extremely well. There were staff at multiple points around the shop so you would know exactly where to go. We were escorted in just before opening. Everything was explained to us, eg opening soon. Where we would go, how it would work. You could tell that all staff had been well briefed on what was going on that morning as they were all so calm and knew exactly what was going on. Thanks again
