I ordered water repellent for sofa in the middle of August 2025. Nothing happend after two weeks so I contacted customer service and canceled the order. Customer service confirmed the cancellation and request of refund. However, I received a confimation of the order with 100 times higher price a week after!!! Yes, they miss the decimal and send me an confirmation email with 100 times higher price of the order! I wrote to the customer service again and they replied that they will handle this. Guess what, after three days I received an email from Packeta, a delivery company, that my order is on delivery, upon that, to a WRONG ADRESS!!!! This is pure shit!
