Tried to exchange my order 2 minutes after purchasing as I made a mistake. Customer service replied straight away saying its not possible so I asked to cancel my order to which they said was not possible. Paint arrived 10days later and was as thin as water (no it didnt need mixing as I poured it into a separate tin to check). Even the label on the tin was dodgy and reviews on the website are clearly fake. DO NOT PURCHASE
Bought a bottle of tree stomp remover, two months later the tree is re growing healthily. Instructions say to dilute granules but bottle content is basically water.Besides a very late delivery this product is a con, total waste of money, supposed to kill up to twenty stoms but a whole bottle actually managed to make a 15cm wide stomp re grow.... stay away.
My paint arrived damaged and got send back by the transportation company in june. Since then I am trying to get back my money. Now its september! I am getting the answer, that they are working on refunding...I can't advice to buy at this shop, it's not trustworthy!
At first my order with Ferber Painting seemed to be going fine, even though it already took 4 weeks before it was finally shipped. Unfortunately, the package was then returned for unknown reasons and never reached me.I contacted customer support through the chat, but every time I only receive the same generic reply that they are “looking into it.” After weeks of waiting, I requested a refund, but this also seems to be a huge challenge. Again, I only get the same repetitive answers and still haven’t received my money back.Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend ordering here until they improve their communication and actually resolve issues in a timely manner.
Purchased road paint.in white from them. Recieved two weeks later only to be sent clear paint. After numerous emails for at least 5 days they assured me the right item was processing and they would send me the proper one. Then the communication just stopped and completely ignore emails now with no replacement paint sent. Would not purchase from this company
I placed an order and paid on September 4, but never got a written confirmation. After chasing them via the chat, they mentioned that the ordered article would arrive soon, but still no update, no product or official confirmation
I ordered water repellent for sofa in the middle of August 2025. Nothing happend after two weeks so I contacted customer service and canceled the order. Customer service confirmed the cancellation and request of refund. However, I received a confimation of the order with 100 times higher price a week after!!! Yes, they miss the decimal and send me an confirmation email with 100 times higher price of the order! I wrote to the customer service again and they replied that they will handle this. Guess what, after three days I received an email from Packeta, a delivery company, that my order is on delivery, upon that, to a WRONG ADRESS!!!! This is pure shit!
