The customer service was lacking, to be honest. I also observed that when I left items in the cart, the prices increased. I had to remove them and add them back to get a lower price. I tested it again, and each time I left it, the price went up by $100. I eventually made a small purchase of $246, but it took nearly two months to arrive since I am in Canada. The quality was not impressive.
