I initially overlooked the website details before placing my order and later noticed it was based in the UK. I contacted the support team to inquire if they had a warehouse in Australia since I needed the item for Christmas. They responded promptly and reassured me that even though they didn’t have a local warehouse, my order would arrive in time for the holiday. To my surprise, it did!
This is a total scam. Even if the clothing is shipped from overseas, there's no guarantee you'll actually receive it. Communication is non-existent. When I tried to contact them through social media, they blocked me. Avoid this seller to prevent losing your money.
I ordered a present for my daughter and had some doubts after seeing the reviews, but the service responded to my emails promptly. It does take some time for the clothes to arrive since they ship from overseas. The products are of good quality, although they tend to run small for each size. Overall, I'm quite pleased. It would be great if they could offer options for taller girls as well.
My experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. Firstly, my order took over three weeks to arrive, which is completely unacceptable and far from reasonable shipping times. When the items finally arrived, they were much smaller than advertised and clearly did not match the sizing shown on the platform. On the same day I received the order, I immediately reached out to the support team via email to request a return and refund. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails — all of which have been completely ignored. No response, no explanation, nothing. I even attempted to contact them via social media, but once again: no reply at all. At this point, it's clear that this company is deliberately avoiding customer complaints. Now I am left with products that do not fit, and I have lost my money. The return deadline has passed solely because the company refused to respond. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. A company that ignores customers, delivers incorrect sizes, and refuses refunds should not be trusted. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Do not order from them unless you want stress, frustration, and wasted money. Extremely disappointed and angry about this level of unprofessionalism.
This T-shirt is exceptionally soft and feels fantastic against the skin, with a stunning color that looks even more impressive in person. The sports bra offers great support without being constrictive, making it ideal for workouts as well as casual daily use.
I purchased leggings, a top, and a short-sleeve T-shirt. I was really drawn to the logo! The design is both simple and adorable, and they’re incredibly comfortable. The top is definitely my favorite! They’re lightweight, compact, and perfect for travel. I can’t wait to see more colors and materials available soon!
I will never purchase from this service again. The quality is acceptable, but the prints appear cheap. Additionally, the plastic odor was so overwhelming that I immediately tossed it into the washing machine—let's hope it holds up since the label states handwash only. The only reason I didn't return it is that I learned (after waiting a month for my package and growing suspicious) that the refund process is extremely lengthy and would only lead to more frustration. I’ll give them one point and star as the designs are cute and the wrap top seems to be of better quality than the others, but the delivery experience and the lingering smell really overshadow any potential positives. I can't say much about the items yet since I need to clean them before wearing, but I’ll give them a chance despite already feeling the leggings slipping down a bit while trying them on.
I highly recommend not ordering from this site. My order, made on 18 November, has yet to arrive as of 8 December, and the tracking information remains unchanged. After contacting them for a refund, I received no reply. I'm now down £100 without receiving the gym sets I ordered in good faith. This has been a very disappointing experience.
The customer service was lacking, to be honest. I also observed that when I left items in the cart, the prices increased. I had to remove them and add them back to get a lower price. I tested it again, and each time I left it, the price went up by $100. I eventually made a small purchase of $246, but it took nearly two months to arrive since I am in Canada. The quality was not impressive.
