I will never purchase from this service again. The quality is acceptable, but the prints appear cheap. Additionally, the plastic odor was so overwhelming that I immediately tossed it into the washing machine—let's hope it holds up since the label states handwash only. The only reason I didn't return it is that I learned (after waiting a month for my package and growing suspicious) that the refund process is extremely lengthy and would only lead to more frustration. I’ll give them one point and star as the designs are cute and the wrap top seems to be of better quality than the others, but the delivery experience and the lingering smell really overshadow any potential positives. I can't say much about the items yet since I need to clean them before wearing, but I’ll give them a chance despite already feeling the leggings slipping down a bit while trying them on.
