My experience with this company has been nothing short of a disaster. Firstly, my order took over three weeks to arrive, which is completely unacceptable and far from reasonable shipping times. When the items finally arrived, they were much smaller than advertised and clearly did not match the sizing shown on the platform. On the same day I received the order, I immediately reached out to the support team via email to request a return and refund. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails — all of which have been completely ignored. No response, no explanation, nothing. I even attempted to contact them via social media, but once again: no reply at all. At this point, it's clear that this company is deliberately avoiding customer complaints. Now I am left with products that do not fit, and I have lost my money. The return deadline has passed solely because the company refused to respond. This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. A company that ignores customers, delivers incorrect sizes, and refuses refunds should not be trusted. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Do not order from them unless you want stress, frustration, and wasted money. Extremely disappointed and angry about this level of unprofessionalism.
