I purchased a watch and 2 pairs of shoes for the amount of £2,000. The watch has been nothing but terrible, its broken 3 times and I have had to return it around 10 times. The customer service is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, the staff are so rude and so unhelpful. The watch is clearly faulty and they are not giving me a refund and not returning my calls and updating me as they promise they will do. I would highly recommend never purchasing anything in this company and don't expect them to help you if anything ever goes wrong. They only want to be nice when you are buying something. Appalling awful service and I wish I never gave them my money. I would strong advise never buying anything from this shop and if anything goes wrong don't expect any help from their rude unhelpful team of staff in the London office!!! If I could leave - 100 stars I would.
