Very disappointing purchase experience

I can only give this a one-star rating since there's no option for zero. The shoes looked nothing like what was shown and didn't fit correctly. The support team was unhelpful when I tried to return them. This has been the worst $700 I've ever spent.

Returning items is a hassle, avoid if returns are needed

My shoes arrived in odd sizes, forcing me to travel a long distance to buy them. Now, I'm trying to return them, but the return portal is malfunctioning. The support team wants photos of the packaging and shoes before allowing a return, adding to my inconvenience. This system is absurd.
