I contacted the company for a return on the same day I received the item, November 24th, and the package remains unopened. They told me it was my responsibility to return it. I highlighted that their return policy offers a pickup service, which I was fine with paying for. They mentioned they would send a return label but then stopped responding to my emails. I tried reaching out on WhatsApp, but they also stopped replying there. I cannot recommend this service.
