Purchased a mini oven on February 25, and after 8 months, the heating elements started bending significantly. I reached out to customer service, and they informed me that since the oven is still operational, they wouldn't accept a return but would send replacement elements. I was advised to find a local technician for the repair. I agreed but have not received any further communication. The bending is so severe that the element touches the roof of the oven; if this isn’t considered faulty, then I’m unsure what would warrant a return. Proceed with caution; the aftersales support is lacking, and don’t expect timely responses. I feel fortunate I didn’t invest in a more expensive item.
I reached out to the company for a return on the same day I received the item, November 24th, and the package remains unopened. They informed me that it was my responsibility to send it back. I pointed out that their return policy includes a pickup service, which I was willing to pay for. They mentioned they would send a return label but then ceased all communication via email. I also tried contacting them on WhatsApp, but they stopped responding there as well. I would not recommend this service at all.
The customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I ordered an item, it was dispatched, and I received a delivery notification with a photo showing an address that isn’t mine. The courier confirmed they delivered to the address on the label provided by the company but couldn’t disclose the address due to regulations. I returned to the supplier, who insisted the address was correct, leading to a frustrating loop of “speak to them, not us,” while I have no item. My simple request was for the supplier to communicate with their courier to resolve the issue on my behalf. Instead, I’m left without the product I paid for, and no sign of a replacement or any real support. A deeply disappointing experience; I suggest avoiding them.

I bought an oven from the website and was assured of a 12-month warranty. Today, the glass top shattered while cooking. They informed me that this damage isn’t covered under warranty. Initially, they responded quickly, but once they said they couldn’t assist after requesting photos, their replies stopped completely! I cannot recommend them at all!
I purchased in January, but it wasn’t installed until August due to a new kitchen fitting by the council. There’s barely any enamel left on the oven floor, causing a chemical smell when it’s on. Photos reveal significant rust and cracking enamel, indicating it’s not heat resistant.
Their contact number is non-functional, and the warranty website is inactive. This company is truly problematic. I may need to visit them directly. The owner is from Turkey, and the supplier company is also Turkish. I've reached out to them through LinkedIn. My cooker keeps shutting off, which is dangerous since it’s gas. I’m exploring my options for filing a complaint or small claims court. Updates will follow after I consult with advisory services.
While the initial service and delivery were timely, once I reported a minor issue, they showed no interest in helping. I was offered a mere £5 in compensation for my trouble, which felt absurd. I suggested they refund my shipping costs and leave it at that, but now I’m being ignored because they don’t want to assist further. I would NOT use this service again. Avoid if possible! Customer service is severely lacking!
