I paid £95 for them to break our ferroli boiler and leave us without heating or hot water during a week with lows due to go below 0'. DO NOT USE!!! Extremely abrasive and unhelpful customer service, stating we had booked for a service and they wouldn't fix any issues even though the boiler was in fully working order prior to them coming out and breaking it and just wanting a standard annual service. No service certificate either. Local plumbers wouldn't touch a Ferroli boiler so went straight to them HQ only 35 minutes away and they outsourced to a firm in Rutland well over an hour away and they ended up breaking it. Embarrassing service

Ferroli UK began business in the late 1980s when the UK export market was identified as being a promising one. In 1988 Ferroli joined forces with Brassware Sales, a Midland based importer and after nine years of continued growth, Ferroli UK Ltd was established. Ferroli UK swiftly expanded relocating to Burton-upon-Trent Staffordshire in January 2001.
Today, Ferroli UK continues to go from strength to strength with a move to new offices and warehouse premises in Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire in May 2021. These further developments have involved a great deal of investment, introducing best practice for greater business efficiencies and logistical planning. The new office facilities are conveniently located on the southern edge of Walton on Trent giving flexibility for future growth as Ferroli UK strengthens its position further in the market place.
