I canceled my subscription and was still charged again weeks later. I was told it would take 6 months for my cancelation to be complete and would be charged repeatedly until that day.Eric from escalation team said to give him a good review for doing his job and only then would I receive the money I was charged after I canceled my subscription, last month. So thats what this is.
