Horrible. I was made to believe that I was purchasing a CVS sports first aid kit. I’ve never received one. Instead, I’ve just gotten an email stating that I’ve joined some subscription club with a monthly charge in the amount that the CVS sports bag was for. Complete scam.

Cancelled the week I received my order and was told I would get a refund for initial charges and would see no other charges. I have now 3 charges I had to dispute and an email ensuring I would be credited and urged to write a great review about my experience. It would have been great had I got what I asked for the first time. And didn’t get unwanted/unauthorized charges to my bank account. And didn’t get an email basically telling me to give a good reviews so they can properly care for my refund to my account. As if it should’ve have been done already.

Kenny reached out to help after I requested to be refunded for something I didn’t sign up for to begin with. Thanks Kenny you the man. However having to submit a review just to get a refund it dumb. Not to mention the thing I actually did order never came in and the tracking number doesn’t work. Seems like a scam if you ask me.

I was told it would take 6 months for my cancelation to be complete and would be charged repeatedly until that day.Eric from escalation team said to give him a good review for doing his job and only then would I receive the money I was charged after I canceled my subscription, last month. So thats what this is.

Helpful Support in Cancelling Unwanted Subscription

A representative from the escalation team is currently helping me cancel a membership/subscription I did not agree to. I had taken advantage of an offer for a free meat package, only covering shipping costs. While that part is fine, I'm left in the dark about when it might arrive. The advertisement did not mention any ongoing monthly fees, so it's important to be cautious.
