I bought four sets of lights for Christmas and within five hours, five shades were missing. I found two, but the company offered me £9 to glue them back on or return them for a refund. I don't want to climb a ladder to return them. I just wanted replacement shades, but they're out of stock. I've asked to be notified when they're available again, but no response. I would avoid this company. They weren't even cheap! If you want to make it right, send me a spare set of lights to replace the shades! Losing shades after five hours is unacceptable, and I’m worried more will fall off in the wind. Terrible quality and service.
