The Ember candles are aesthetically pleasing, but they come with a high price tag for their quality. Additionally, having to purchase the remote separately feels unreasonably costly, especially since other options include it at no extra charge. The three Noma Christmas tree candles appear low-quality, with noticeable wax imperfections, and one of the timer functions is malfunctioning, which is frustrating as I need to turn it on and off manually.
Gorgeous family reindeer display. I appreciate that all three reindeer connect, requiring only one plug socket. They have a nice height and will look fantastic in our front garden. Everything is set up and ready for installation in two days. I can't comment on their waterproof quality until after the holiday season. The website is user-friendly and the delivery service is excellent. They arrived well packaged.
The Connect Pro is a decent product, but the Connect Go is of noticeably lower quality. There is some confusion on the platform regarding the distinction between the two products. Additionally, the inferior quality Connect Go is available in both black and green wires, which adds to the confusion. We ended up with a mismatched set, so clarity on the website would be beneficial.
I placed an order in October but faced delivery issues as it was lost. After reaching out, they sent a replacement, but it was shipped to the opposite end of the country. I was later informed that they were out of stock and wouldn't be sending another. While the communication from the company was polite, they ultimately failed to deliver the items. I wouldn't recommend this service.
I bought four sets of lights for Christmas and within five hours, five shades were missing. I found two, but the company offered me £9 to glue them back on or return them for a refund. I don't want to climb a ladder to return them. I just wanted replacement shades, but they're out of stock. I've asked to be notified when they're available again, but no response. I would avoid this company. They weren't even cheap! If you want to make it right, send me a spare set of lights to replace the shades! Losing shades after five hours is unacceptable, and I’m worried more will fall off in the wind. Terrible quality and service.

I ordered and paid on 24/11. My order was worth £101.65 and was apparently dispatched on 26/11, but as of 03/12, I still haven't received it. I spoke to a representative who blamed the courier and told me to wait another 48 hours. I can't reach the courier as they only use bots. I've lost trust in both the company and the courier and have contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I’m now ordering from elsewhere and won't use this company again.
