I ordered and paid on 24/11. My order was worth £101.65 and was apparently dispatched on 26/11, but as of 03/12, I still haven't received it. I spoke to a representative who blamed the courier and told me to wait another 48 hours. I can't reach the courier as they only use bots. I've lost trust in both the company and the courier and have contacted my bank to dispute the transaction. I’m now ordering from elsewhere and won't use this company again.
