Festool no longer care about customers.

What a disappointment Festool has become. I’ve spent over £30,000 with them . Most recently scammed on the hundred pounds cashback by them but today I returned a sander that I bought four months ago that jammed up and stopped working. I was told it may take four months just to be looked at. Essentially, I’ve just been denied my warranty rights today. Festool have always had a reputation for the best, but now it makes better sense to buy elsewhere as Festool cannot be trusted. Shame.
