I have to be honest, this service sucks. My apartment complex automatically links our address to Fetch, so I don’t have a choice but to use them. Half of my packages end up going to Fetch and the other half don’t — I can’t figure out the pattern. Basically it makes it impossible to track anything. I have confirmed Fetch lost track of two of my packages so far (I moved in here one month ago). One of the packages ended up making its way to me, 6 days late. The other is still missing (carrier says it was delivered 8 days ago). And the main selling point of Fetch — that you can schedule your deliveries at a time you choose — isn’t even true. When I scheduled a delivery time for the one package I did receive from them, I got a notifcation the next day that said “your scheduled delivery time is not available; please choose a new time.” What the heck is the point of this service?

Getting a package—whether it’s a meal plan, a hot pair of shoes, or a new couch is fun. We aim to keep it that way, because delivery happiness shouldn’t end with a lost package, a moldy perishable, or a box teasing you from inside a locked leasing office.
So we designed a solution that removes the package burden from property managers and gives residents a delivery experience worthy of their excitement. That is, we allow property managers to focus on their core business (not package delivery), and bring every package safely to its owner’s waiting hands.See more
