Extremely Disorganized Experience

My time with this company was incredibly frustrating. They overburden their drivers with too much responsibility. I've never encountered such disorganization, even after helping to open several locations. The directions provided were unclear, and I felt rushed throughout the process. I spent 45 minutes trying to access a building, which led to police involvement because my attempt triggered the alarm. They verified my identity, but I was still held while they contacted the manager, who informed me that I had to leave the packages across the street in the mail room. At that moment, I decided I wouldn't work with this company again, especially since they would likely blame me for the situation despite my attempts to communicate. I’m not very tall, yet I was given several large boxes along with many smaller packages, some of which had faulty key fobs. Additionally, I needed a marker to label the customers' door numbers as I scanned the packages. It was a chaotic experience. Three days later, I received a violation and was blocked from accepting new tasks, with a promise of contact within 48 hours, but after 10 days of silence, I had enough. I requested to have my account deleted and ensured my information wouldn't be sold. All of this for just $75. I know my worth and won't settle for less.

Extremely Disappointing Delivery Service

This service is slow, unreliable, and often fails to deliver packages as promised. It seems they have taken on more than they can manage. Out of every four packages, at least one is either late, missing, or misdelivered. The employees appear overworked and untrained. It's disappointing that residents are forced to rely on such a service, which feels like a scam.

A Frustrating and Costly Experience

My experience with this service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Almost every package arrived damaged, and the delivery process was riddled with issues. Delivery Attempt Was a Joke

I received a notification saying the driver tried to deliver my package, but there was no knock or contact. Then I was informed they would attempt delivery again shortly, but no one showed up. There’s no way to reach customer support directly. Avoid this service.

Numerous Issues with Deliveries

I have faced constant problems. They often blame the postal service when packages are marked as delivered, yet they magically find them shortly afterward. Deliveries frequently go to the wrong apartment because they only check the apartment number instead of the full address. Recently, they tried to gaslight me about incorrect address input, even though they changed their format without informing us.
