I recently had to make my first claim for my cheeky cat Quincey after she snuck into my sewing room and chowed down on a spool of thread- and thankfully the experience with Fetch was seamless! I was able to speak to the 24/7 vet team to get urgent support on what to do next as soon as I saw what had happened, and the fetch team checked in on me throughout the process with the emergency vet. I felt so reassured and much more confident agreeing to treatment and making sure we were taking the right steps when I knew I didn’t need to panic about the insurance side of things.
