I recently had to make a claim for both of my babies. Fetch were very quick to process our kitten Tilly as we have had her insured since she was a kitten. Lily our British Shorthair we have only had her since she was almost 2. Lily’s claim related to dental work and initially it was refused due to issues with her records. Once our vet provided the records they were quick to process the review of Lily’s claim. While the process was at times frustrating the customer service was exceptional.
