They removed over 42,000 points from my account. When I raised the issue, they admitted to a mistake and instructed me to reapply for the gift card. After doing so, they took away more than 24,000 of the SAME points they had previously acknowledged they shouldn't have deducted! It feels like they randomly determine how many points to take from users. This company is highly untrustworthy. Beware that you may spend money on products and play games for points only to find out they claim you’re not adhering to their rules, even when you are.
